Sophie Wright has been the French Goats Cheese Ambassador for the last 4 years. She says, “This is the third year that I am proud to be the UK’s ambassador for French goat’s cheese. French goat’s cheese (or chèvre in French) is a fantastic show-stopper on a cheese board, but I also think that it is a really good all-rounder ingredient which can brighten up a dull dish with its style and flavour any day of the year.
