We will do a total of 350 items all elegantly presented ready to be served by the staff.
- Shredded Duck, Scallion and Pickled Cucumber Pancake Wraps
- Smoked Chicken Mini Terrine on Toasted Ginger Bread with Pear and Apricot Chutney
- Tuna Tartare with Wasabi Mayonnaise and Pickled Ginger in Cucumber Cup
- Smoked Salmon on Dill Blini with Lemon and Caper Crème Fraiche
- Marinated Mozzarella on Parmesan Sable with Slow Dried Baby Plum Tomato and Basil Puree (v)
- Whipped Goats Cheese with Black Olive Tapenade in a Mini Basil Croustades with Salsa Verde
Large sacks of ice and ice bins can be provided for chilling drinks during the event.
Costs based on 60 guests:

Delivery, installation and removal
£1055 + VAT
Please note costs are based on a minimum of 60 guests.
Sophie Wright Catering unfortunately has to charge for any losses or damages to the hired equipment.
Staff working after 11.30pm may require a taxi fare home, which will be added to your final invoice.
If any parking fees are incurred they will be added to the final invoice.
