Canapé Menu at £34 per head based on 16 canapés per person for 50 guests
- Rare Roasted Fillet of Beef on a Watercress Pancake and Béarnaise Sauce
- Malaysian Chicken Bamboo Skewers with Peanut Satay Sauce
- Harissa Lamb with Smoked Babaghanoush Puree served on Bamboo Skewers
- Maryland Crab Cakes with Lime Mayonnaise
- Pan Seared Queen Scallops with Smoked Pancetta, Fennel Pollen and Minted Pea Puree
- Dolcelatte and Red Wine Risotto with Walnuts served in a Croustade
- Wild Mushroom and Truffle Oil Tartlets with Roasted Garlic Aioli
- Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls with Plum Roasted Duck Breast and Carrot and Pomegranate Salad
- Foie Gras Parfait with Muscat Gelee on Brioche
- Parma Ham, Peach, Chilli and Mozzarella on Toasted Sour Dough
- Tuna Tartar with Wasabi Mayonnaise and Pickled Ginger in Cucumber Cup
- Smoked Salmon and Caper Crème Fraiche on Buckwheat Blini
- Macerated Beetroot with Goats Cheese wrapped in Chargrilled Courgette Ribbon
- Marinated Mozzarella on Parmesan Sable with Slow Dried Baby Plum Tomato and Basil Puree
- Coloured Macaroons sandwiched with Lemon Curd
- Summer Berry Tartlets
- Oyster shucker serving Fresh Oysters (at an additional cost) with Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice, Red and Green Tabasco and Organic Shallot Vinaigrette.
We supply our standard range of elegant and contemporary glasses and bar items including Champagne flutes, wine and soft drink glasses, glass jugs and cocktail napkins along with a round white tablecloth for a client’s table where drinks will be served from.

Ice and ice baths for chilling all the drinks can be provided on arrival and throughout the evening at an additional cost.

If you would like Sophie Wright to be the chef for the event it will cost £300 based on a 5 hr shift.
Please note costs are based on a minimum of 70 guests
Sophie Wright Catering unfortunately has to charge for any losses or damages to the hired equipment.
Any parking fees will be added to the final invoice.
Staff working after 11.30pm may require a taxi fare home, which will be added to your final invoice.
